Description
F-220 series CO₂ Laser tube is equipped with US II-IV branded optics, and a discharge tube imported from Germany. Its service life has been significantly extended up to 10,000 hours.

Our laser tube for industrial use features a stable property and a maximum power up to 260W. When compared to ordinary laser tubes, the CO₂ Laser tube is more compact in size, has a better beam mode, a smaller light spot and a faster cutting speed. F-220 sealed CO₂ Laser tube has a smaller size with higher power and longer working life. The lower power laser cutter changes only laser tube and power supply and 1st mirror, no need amending machine. Both of cutting speed and cutting thickness have been improved.

The CO₂ Laser requires chiller with cooling function. The chiller should use pure water.
Recommended Model: CW-6000AH (double inlet and double outlet).
Special attention: a single inlet and outlet water chiller can’t be used.
The chiller should be able to control temperature between 15-25℃, and the flow should be more than 13L/min., refrigeration capacity should be more than 3.0KW.

Warranty: 300 days

1. Within 150 days from exit-factory date on the label, we replace free of charge if the power is less than 80% of rated power while the users operate according to our manual. The replaced laser tube will have same warranty as new ones. The single transportation freight will be afforded by buyer. When the laser tube structure is damaged or changed, we will not be responsible.

2. From 151st days to the 300days from exit-factory date on the label, we repair or replace free of charge if the power is less than 75% of rated power while the users operate according to our manual. The replaced or repaired laser tube will have same warranty as the one which buyer purchased first time from us. The single transportation freight will be afforded by buyer. When the laser tube structure is damaged or changed, we will not be responsible.

3. We are not responsible for damage or problems that occur during the incorrect usage and do not fall in line with the instruction books.
