Workshop

The company currently has several cleaning optical workshops and dozens of standard laser tube production lines. We can produce more than 100,000 laser tubes per year.

EFR carries out strict quality control processes throughout the entire production process, from inspection of raw material, to the forming and straightening of the discharge tubes, the formation of the spiral tubes, and the final assembly of finished tube blanks. We use furnace annealing and strain gauges to ensure the quality and stability of the laser tube for medical and industrial use.

Technology

In order to maintain our product quality, in depth management is carried out in each manufacturing process, including grinding, ultrasonic cleaning, stoving, and mirror mounting for the high-vacuum optical cavities.

After a 6 hour aging test, careful commissioning and strict inspection of the finished products, the sealed laser tubes can finally be guaranteed to be reliable and stable. Also, due to our years of experience in handling glass products, our packaging and shipping department guarantees that your laser tubes will arrive intact.
